Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe

Hi everyone I know I haven't posted in a long time but lets put that behind us. Today I have made Oatmeal cookies with raisins.

 Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I have to give credit to Allrecipes.com for showing me this recipe. I decided to do oatmeal cookies when my dad and I were in a cafe and I wanted to do a post for the cite but I couldn't decide what to do. So my dad from Platter Talk told me he was having a dinner party and said that I should do a desert. I then decided to do oatmeal cookies.

We then went to the store and got some of the ingredients that we didn't have, low and behold my dad forgot the oatmeal. We did have some at home though. We then started baking, my dad worked on one side of the kitchen and I worked on the other side. When we were baking I was reading and I saw that we had to chill the batter for an hour when it was all mixed together. After it was chilled I rolled the batter into the shape of a golf ball, then used a fork dipped in sugar to flatten them. When we baked them it turned out that you should not bake them for 5-10 minutes but 15-20 minutes they weren't finished cooking and were still to soft.

We were taking pictures on my phone but the camera is not one of the best cameras in the world but not one of the worst either. So I know that I haven't posted for a long time and I am sorry but I am going to try posting once a month from now on starting today this is one of the many posts coming your way, that is my goal for all of you.
